We are writing in regard to the
professional and personalized service we received from Sandy Norman as our
Realtor. We gave Sandy our parameters for a home and within a couple of days she
had a printout of several homes within our price range and location available
for viewing. We chose one home to view and Sandy had a viewing set up
immediately. After looking at the home, we decided to make an offer. Being
brand-new to the home buying process, Sandy thoroughly explained each step to us
and gave us advice and guidance on the offering price.
The offer was
accepted and our next challenge for Sandy was that we needed to close in three
weeks. Sandy's response, "Not a problem." She had a time chart set up that was
to be followed accordingly by all parties involved. Everything went smoothly and
